Kraft Foods Goes Interactive to Engage Inflation-weary Consumers.

The company, responding to the reduction in consumer spending on packaged food, has launched the iFood Assistant, an Apple iphone application that lets customers search for, and download recipes, manage their shopping lists and locate local stores.
Now, if Kraft took that one step further and engaged consumers with in-store digital signage customers could download coupons and recipes to any mobile phone, they might be on to something!…
