Description:

Atria Data Systems is a new company providing information lifecycle management (data classification, data migration and data protection) solutions to small- to-medium sized businesses.

Objective:

Atria Data Systems was in the early stages of developing their business. They had not established a brand image and did not have an on-going marketing plan. To get the word out to prospective customers quickly, Atria needed a website and sales literature that would convey a professional image and back-up an ongoing telemarketing campaign.

Solution:

Because Atria Data Systems needed an online presence quickly, we developed an interim website that laid the foundation for future expansion. We also developed related offline marketing literature that focused on solving the problems faced by their target audience. We began by organizing the highly technical information in a logical fashion and rewriting the company’s existing sales material to make sure it conveyed the message clearly, and met the informational demands of their target audience. We then refined Atria’s logo and brand image, designed the interim website and developed the complementary offline sales material.
