Located in Santa Cruz, California, Dunlap & Burdick is an established, well-respected law firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, elder abuse, product and premises liability and medical malpractice cases.
Objectives:
Although Dunlap & Burdick already had a website when they first approached us, the site could not be found in the search engine results, and had not generated any enquiries from prospective customers. Dunlap & Burdick needed to increase awareness of their presence, establish credibility and trust, improve their visibility within the search engine results, and encourage prospective customers to contact them via their website.
Solution:
Using the information gathered from Dunlap & Burdick and the results of our keyword research, we set out to create a website marketing and design strategy that would set them apart from their competition. We designed a website that has an traditional look to create a feeling of trust, warmth and compassion but balanced it with a tagline that focused on the firm’s competence at trial, and their ability to fight for their customers’ legal rights. The SEO copywriting included specific calls to action to drive the visitor to contact the firm either by telephone or email, and used previous case examples to highlight the depth of the firm’s experience, and promote their most notable cases.
