This brand new company selling rebounder trampolines promotes the benefits of rebound exercise through health and training advice, as well as the sale of quality rebounders, books and rebounding videos.
Objectives:
Jump4Health was in the early stages of developing a marketing plan and creating an online presence. To establish themselves in the competitive online health and fitness marketplace, Jump4Health had to set themselves apart from their competition by providing more than just the sale of top-quality rebounders. A combination of online and offline advertising and marketing was needed to create awareness, establish credibility and promote sales.
Solution:
The initial strategy revolved around identifying the needs of Jump4health’s target audience then applying the results to a complete search engine optimization, SEO copywriting", website design and print advertising campaign. The copywriting and design team created a vibrant, fun, not overly serious concept that captured attention, promoted the health benefits of rebound exercise, and provided rebound exercise education. Initial promotion of the website through search engine marketing, print advertising (flyers, business cards, and full-page advertisements in a national magazine) created awareness and helped generate sales while we waited for search engine optimization to pay off.
Update – April 2008:
Jump4Health has been “live” for just under two years. The company is a huge success not only in terms of sales but also in the search engine results. The company web site and internal pages consistently show up in the top three of the search results for our chosen keywords. The company’s flagship products, mini trampolines, we’re recently featured on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club. We are now in the process of adding more products and a customer forum.
